We print four standard sizes for wire-o book printing

(5.5 x 8.5, 6 x 9, 8.5 x 11, and 9 x 12)

but we can also print nonstandard size documents of any

size up to 9 x 12

When ordering a nonstandard size, just use the next larger size on our pricing calculators. For instance, for a 7 x 10 book, you would use the 8.5 x 11 size for pricing.

Yes, we can make landscape books for all sizes of wire-o books. There is a small additional charge for landscape books.

The minimum number of pages for multipage documents, including wire-o binding, is 8 pages. The range of wires that we use is 5/16 of an inch to 1.25 inches. The maximum number of pages for the 1.25 inch wire is 775 pages for 70# coated text stock, 650 pages for 80# coated text stock, 525 pages for 100# coated text stock, 525 pages for 60# uncoated text, and 475 pages for 70# uncoated text.

Yes, for no additional charge, we can print on the inside of the covers. It is important to set up your PDF file correctly so that we can tell whether you want printing on the inside covers. If you want the inside covers to be blank, insert a blank sheet in your PDF after the outside front cover and before the outside back cover. We will assume you want printing on the inside covers when there are no blank pages in the PDF file. You can also put instructions in the notes section of the order form letting us know if you want printing on the inside covers.

Yes, we offer clear and frosted plastic covers as well as a variety of colored back plastic covers. Those options are available under Additional Finishing Options on our pricing calculators.

Yes, we offer several lamination gloss, soft-touch, leather, and linen lamination. In addition to adding durability to the cover, lamination will impact the look of the cover. Colors on your cover will pop with color lamination, while soft-touch lamination will add a silky feel to the cover. A popular option with many of our clients is to laminate the front cover and add a plastic back to the back cover.

Yes, we offer 2 and 4 corner rounding on wire-o printing, but we recommend only 2 corner rounding to keep the book stable. This is a great option for children’s books, planners, and journals.

We require high-resolution PDF files with bleeds of at least 1/8 inch on all four sides of your document.

Files should be submitted as single pages so that we have bleeds on all four sides of the page.
