Southern Counties Rescue is a no-kill foster-based rescue located in Southern California. Their mission is to reduce the number of abandoned and euthanized cats and kittens in Orange, San Diego and Imperial Counties. They foster all of their cats and kittens in the homes of volunteer foster parents.
