I called customer service to ask when my books would be shipped, they were not sure, but the shipping department sent me an email within a couple of hours to let me know.
How do you feel about the quality and timeliness of your project?
The quality was exactly as I expected. Other printers will try to print your books in 50 pound paper and say “No, that’s 70 pound”— as if I couldn’t tell. I was shocked there was such a short turn around. My other printers usually took 4-6 weeks and then usually called and said it would take longer than that. It was impossible to market correctly when working with those printers. With Dazzle, it was easy to plan a book launch.
Would you use Dazzle Printing again? Why?
Absolutely. Everything about Dazzle is great. The quality of the product, the turnover time, the amazing customer service (the teamwork really shows), and the price point. I felt like I was the only customer. It was a great experience.
